The Virginia Alzheimer's Disease Center's mission is to discover collaborative, creative, and science-based solutions to treat & improve the lives of Alzheimer's disease patients and their care partners. Your support can accelerate our work and allow us to explore new research possibilities.

Donations to the VADC will go directly to support programs with the highest urgency. This includes programs such as:

  • The dementia care coordination program for patients & their care partners
  • Training the next generation of Alzheimer's disease clinicians and scientists
  • UVA-initiated clinical trials of emerging Alzheimer's prevention treatments
  • Community outreach & engagement activities
  • Building a database infrastructure that is accessible to all UVA researchers and instrumental in facilitating team science

If you would prefer to make a directed donation to a specific VADC program or research area, please email Kelly Reinhardt, Director of Development, Neurosciences, to start a conversation.
