Kimmy is a research coordinator for the UVA Brain Institute. She completed her BS in Molecular Genetics (2015) at The Ohio State University, with a theater minor. She gained experience coordinating complex leukemia clinical trials at OSU James Cancer Hospital and UH Seidman Cancer before joining the University of Virginia in summer 2020. She has shifted her talents to coordinating clinical trials with the UVA Brain Institute, helping with start-up, consenting, enrollment and coordinating clinical trial activities.
