Dr. Clark's research interests include: biomedical communications and data integration, including semantically integrated data repositories, claims and evidence models in scientific knowledge bases and in the literature, biomedical web communities, open biomedical annotation on web content, therapeutic target identification, direct data citation, and feature engineering for predictive models.
